Thanks for everyone’s support this week. We’ve been frenzied since the launch but have had the opportunity to interact with a lot of new people.
Almost universally the reaction to what we’re doing here has been positive, but as with anything new some issues pop up. We’re working hard to resolve these as soon as they’re noted. And if we haven’t had a chance to respond to your comments yet, hang tight. We’re slogging through them as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, we heard the support email was down (is that why it got so quiet??:) It’s back up now. Please feel free to reach us at support@scour.com.

Can you fix it so we can search with urls in the title. Right now if you enter in a url or any search with a slash / it messes up.

I tried to leave feedback via the “Feedback” link at the top of the Scour pages. This gives me the following error:

why does the support syste not reply??? i wanted to know how long it will take for the cisa card to reach india….:(
also…..some people have been complaining that after they reached somewhere like 5000 or smthn…
their points went down to zero..now that scares me a bit……please reply scour asap

@Arun - the feedback link is fixed and working now, we just had a moment of downtime.
@mobileanswers - we’ve had a similar comment from other and will look into a solution. Right now the URL looks like that so that you can have the toolbar in the lower part of your screen, enabling you to vote and comment from the site you went to.
@Powerpets - thanks for the suggestion on some kind of parental controls… we’ll look into it!

Hi Scour Team,
Would like to get my response for the mails i sent to you in response to scour support mail indicating that my account is banned.
Can some one please explain after so many mails why i havn’t got any reply.
I have sent my method of searching in the mail written to support, which seems legal to me at that moment, but even if you feels its not in good interest for scour I feel sorry for that and would do the searches as per your abuse guidelines.
But I would expect a response and want my account ID (bkdeep) to be removed from banned list …

My email hasent gotten answered either. I sent it atleast a week ago now. and all i wanted to know was if we allowed to have more than 1 account in the same household? Because another member of my family wants an account too.

So far i found SCOUR is fast rolling. Lets see in future
